2021 Membership Registration Procedures
2021 Membership is only open to returning 2020 FOUNDING, SUSTAINING, AND REGULAR members and LEGACY members.

Please note that the Covid-19 pandemic may preclude meeting in-person for all or part of 2021 and any in-person gatherings shall conform with all Covid-19 State and local health orders, applicable Covid-19 CDC and other official guidance, and all Covid-19 protocols adopted by SBGAL Board of Directors.

Annual Membership Registration is online only and includes the REGISTRATION FORM, the electronically signed RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, MEDIA RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT, and payment of the 2021 registration fee through PayPal. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. IF YOU MISS A STEP YOU NOT BE REGISTERED.

Instructions
1. The REGISTRATION FORM must be filled out completely and then click on SUBMIT button.

2. Please read the RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, MEDIA RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT carefully. It is a legal document that affects your legal rights. Once you read it, fill in your name, click each box for statements 2-12 if you agree, electronically sign the form at the bottom, fill in the date and your email address, and click on the SIGN FORM button.

BEFORE GOING TO THE NEXT STEP, make sure that your screen displays a "Thank you. Your Registration Form has been submitted." message and a "Your Signed Release of Liability Agreement has been sent. Thank you for filling out our form!" message. If you don't see those two messages, you haven't correctly filled out and submitted the two forms and you will not be registered.

3. Pay the 2021 registration fee using PayPal:

For FOUNDING, SUSTAINING, AND REGULAR members Marilyn Johnson, Carrie Mullen, and Janet Underwood the 2021 registration fee is $1. Do Not pay this amount unless your name is listed.

For all other FOUNDING, SUSTAINING, AND REGULAR members the 2021 registration fee is $50.

For LEGACY members the 2021 registration fee is $25. Do Not pay for a Legacy Membership unless you are a BOD approved Legacy Member.

When all of the above steps have been verified, you will receive a 2021 membership confirmation email.

Committee Assignment. Please indicate in the three boxes below your top three choices, in order of preference, for Committee Assignment. Committee Assignment choices include: HAWC; Travel; Marketing and Social Media; Hospitality, and; Elections. Due to the skill set required for the Registrar and Webmaster committees, they are not listed here and will be filled independently. Legacy Members are encouraged to participate on a Committee, but not required.
