2016 Caps and Visors Order

Caps and Visors Order Request Form

The Marketing Committee is offering each member (current for 2016) a complimentary cap or visor. Both are white, made of tech fabric, and embroidered with a SBGAL logo. The hats and visors are one size (adjustable). We request that you submit the form below as soon as possible. Orders will be collected on April 16th and placed shortly thereafter. If you do not complete the form, you will receive a complementary cap or visor as available. Thanks.
