2026 Guest Registration Procedures
We are happy to have guests come on a hike or walk with us but we ask that you wear appropriate footwear for the trek, silence cell phone ringers and refrain from wearing perfume scented oils, and even scented lotions or deodorant, etc. as they can be irritating to others.

In order to be a guest on a hike or walk, you must be invited by a 2026 SBGAL Member, be a former member or currently on the waitlist. You must also complete the forms below and submit them no later than 12:00 p.m. the day before the hike/walk you are planning to attend. Note that the Chair/Co-chairs of the Hiking and Walking Committee have final approval to allow or deny a guest.

1. REGISTRATION FORM - Must be filled out completely, then click on SUBMIT button.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, MEDIA RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

Please read this Release Agreement carefully. It is a legal document that affects your legal rights.
Once you read it, fill in your name, click each box for statements 2-12 if you agree, electronically sign the form at the bottom, fill in the date and your email address, and click on the blue SUBMIT button.
Make sure that your screen displays a "Thank you. Your Registration Form has been submitted." message and a "Your Signed Release of Liability Agreement has been sent. Thank you for filling out our form!" message. If you don't see those two messages, you haven't correctly filled out and submitted the two forms and you will not be registered.
